This wash day I decided to give the Ojon gift pack I received for Xmas another go . This was about the third time I’ve used it.
First up was the Restorative Mask. As directed I covered my hair with the restorative mask and combed through for even distribution. Since I was busy, that stayed on for about 9-10 hours while I got some work done.
I then shampooed with the Hydrating Shampoo about 3 times (my hair felt very coated) before using the Hydrating Conditioner. The conditioner did a good job of softening some of the stripping I received from the shampoo. Nothing like Kenra, but...

Last wash day I focused on eliminating the excessive shedding that had plagued me over the last few weeks. After prepooing with coconut oil overnight and leaving it in until the evening time, I gave my hair a good wash. Uggghhhh…moisturfuse ooh moisturfuse ooh moisturfuse; protein….ooh protein…ooh protein. What’s with this tumultuous love affair??? Last wash day I incorporated some protein. Seems reasonable right? I normally do a light protein treatment weekly (for 3 mins or so) to avoid having to do heavy protein treatments (I hate how hard they leave my hair). I pre-pooed with my concoction from this post; shampooed with Giovanni 50:50 (I still think this shampoo is too stripping for me); and then applied the Aphogee 2-min. After rinsing the Aphogee, my hair felt ok, not super...
